How can my unlocks be gone when my rank is still here? I checked my Weapons and Gadgets list and according to it, all those weapons should have been unlocked. Anyway I'll wait, hoping that my unlocks will get fixed just like my rank. Thanks for your assistance.

Delete your GameSettings.bin and restart your game. Login and try again.

Stats were neither reset nor changed. If your stats are not present you might have joined a server with unlocks disabled. It's the same for all the servers.
