Venice Unleashed is dead right now. They said that a big update will come and everything might be working again. I have the installer i could upload it but it doesn't matter you can't play right now. I am waiting aswell checking the forums everyday.

They updated the download page. You see the mod is not dead. Just be patience it will come soon.
